Melissa Wade and Jerry Smith, Radio Personalities of 103.9 The Light FM, set the tone of worship and praise last night in Raleigh, NC. The Lamplighters Awards continues to honor the excellent works of those in our community who go above and beyond to serve. William Becton, encouraged the young artists to “keep gospel music real.” The message to get out and vote to make a difference had inspiring moments by the various artists.
At the newly renovated Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts, it was a beautiful night honoring individuals and organizations that are lighting the path for others through their volunteerism and community service. Enjoying an awesome meet and greet and performances by Tasha Cobb, A Jekalyn Carr, James Fortune, Damon Little, Micah Stampley, Todd Dulaney, Doug Williams, and Wess Morgan! The spirit of the Lord was definitely in the building. The Industry Highlighter Magazine looks forward to another great year of honors in 2017.
