Plenty of artists honored the late Quincy Jones with a particular tribute at the 2025 Grammy Awards. The loving medley included performances by Stevie Wonder, Janelle Monáe, Cynthia Erivo, and extra, with an introduction by Will Smith. Watch a replay under.

Joined by Herbie Hancock on piano, Erivo sang a stripped-down model of “Fly Me to the Moon”—as made well-known by Jones’ association for Frank Sinatra—earlier than bringing out a full band. From there, Jacob Collier slid into the piano chair and Lainey Wilson took the microphone for “Let the Good Occasions Roll,” adopted by Hancock’s return to the piano the place he was joined by Stevie Surprise on harmonica and vocals for “Blusette” and “We Are the World.” Closing it out was Janelle Monáe with a quick rendition of Michael Jackson’s “Don’t Cease Until You Get Sufficient.”

Jones died in November 2024 at 91 years previous. The legendary musician, composer, producer, and leisure big was probably the most nominated artists in Grammy Awards historical past, incomes 80 nominations and 28 awards over the course of his profession.
