Lil Xan Charged With 2 Felonies for Throwing Mic, Kicking Fan in Face

Lil Xan has been hit with assault and battery fees months after cops say he received bodily with a fan throughout a present in Boston … and video seems to indicate him swinging at and kicking the concertgoer.

Legislation enforcement tells TMZ … the rapper has been charged with two felony counts of assault and battery over the incident — one rely for the microphone he allegedly swung from the stage, the opposite for allegedly kicking the person within the head.

As we beforehand reported, Boston police were on the hunt for LX after the incident — which occurred in November on the Royale Boston nightclub — because the “Betrayed” artist allegedly took off after witnesses say he spiked his mic and kicked the particular person within the crowd within the face.
