    Surf Firm Sues Over ‘Mayhem’ …
    You Jacked Our Emblem!!!

    Lady Gaga is being dragged to court docket by a surfboard model who claims she straight up jacked their emblem for her new album … in line with a brand new lawsuit.

    Misplaced Worldwide is suing Girl Gaga for trademark infringement for her “Mayhem” album … claiming they personal the rights to the time period as used within the surf firm’s distinctive emblem and that Girl Gaga’s use is principally equivalent.

    Within the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Misplaced says they have been slapping a stylized model of “Mayhem” on their surfboards and merch for over a decade … and Gaga ripped off the design for her newest album.

    Misplaced included a side-by-side look of their “Mayhem” emblem on their merch and the one Girl Gaga is utilizing on hers … and there are notable similarities.

    The surf model says they’ve owned the “Mayhem” trademark since 2015 and says Girl Gaga is now misappropriating the brand with out permission.

    Misplaced says they voiced their considerations to Gaga however claims she didn’t cease the use … so now they’re suing.

    The surf firm goes after Girl Gaga to dam her use of the brand and the corporate desires damages, together with any earnings she’s made off her use of the “Mayhem” emblem.
