ICYMI … photogs caught Kyle operating as much as a girl and getting in her face about the best way she was treating her canine — which set the lady off and almost led to a full-on fistfight.

Richards tells us cameras picked up too late to catch the rationale she confronted this unidentified girl … claiming she was completely dragging her canine throughout the crosswalk.

Kyle — who was with Teddi Mellencamp on the time — says she went over to inform her to knock it off … and solely began recording her when she claims she feared the lady may get bodily along with her.

As for claims that she tried to cover behind Teddi, Kyle’s calling complete BS … claiming she wasn’t placing her shut pal in entrance of her.
