Massive Thief haven’t toured North America since 2023, and so they haven’t performed a U.S. present since Project Pabst final 12 months. The Somersault Slide 360 Tour will even be their first main North American tour since the departure of bassist Max Oleartchik.
Massive Thief launched their newest album, Dragon New Warm Mountain I Believe in You, in 2022. Since then, every band member has launched a minimum of one solo studio album: Adrianne Lenker shared Bright Future in 2024; Buck Meek shared Haunted Mountain in 2023; and James Krivchenia dropped Blood Karaoke and Performing Belief.
