    $outdated For $110 Million …
    To Former Google CEO

    A well-known Los Angeles mansion is altering palms … former Google CEO Eric Schmidt simply dropped 9-figures for the Spelling Manor.

    Eric and his spouse, Wendy Schmidt, paid $110 for the storied property … in line with a report Friday within the Wall Street Journal.

    The Spelling Manor was constructed within the ’90s for TV producer Aaron Spelling and his spouse Candy Spelling … and the property boasts 14 bedrooms, 27 baths and 56,500 sq. ft of area.


    Petra Ecclestone — the style designer and daughter of Method One billionaire Bernie Ecclestone offered the Manor in 2019 for $120 million … so it looks as if the Schmidts are getting a steal at $110M.

    Petra bought it from Sweet in 2011 for $85 million, then proceeded to lay our a fortune reworking the property.

    The property has all of the bells and whistles … together with a magnificence salon with therapeutic massage rooms and tanning beds, plus a bowling alley and a wine cellar.

    This is how the opposite half lives … the Schmidts are reportedly planning to make use of the Manor to host conferences and nonprofit occasions. They already personal different properties in L.A. and close by Montecito, plus London, Washington D.C., Miami Seashore, New York Metropolis, San Francisco and on Nantucket Island.
