Kelley Wolf was arrested after cops say she posted her estranged husband Scott‘s telephone quantity on-line … resulting in him receiving dozens of undesirable calls and texts.
TMZ has now reviewed the arrest affidavit from the incident … during which a legislation enforcement officer says he responded to a name from Scott in Park Metropolis, Utah Tuesday after the actor acquired a number of messages from Kelley.
