Thundercat is again with two new songs that he made with producer Greg Kurstin. First, there’s “I Wish I Didn’t Waste Your Time.” Then, he’s acquired a collaboration with Remi Wolf known as “Children of the Baked Potato.” Take heed to each songs beneath.
The title of “Kids of the Baked Potato” refers to a Los Angeles jazz membership known as the Baked Potato. “[Remi Wolf is] a baby of the Baked Potato, like me,” Thundercat stated in a press release. “She knew precisely what the tune wanted. And it was wild to look at her make it occur. The extra I take heed to the tune, it’s clear there was nobody higher I might have picked.”
Thundercat begins a North American tour subsequent month. He’s not launched a brand new album since 2020’s It Is What It Is.
