In Udaipur’s City Palace, a glittering night of music, dance and unmatched opulence marked the sangeet ceremony of NRI industrialist Raju Ramalinga Mantena’s daughter, Netra Mantena. With global personalities, Bollywood stars and high-profile guests descending on the City of Lakes, the celebrations have turned into one of 2025’s most spectacular wedding events.
Hosted by Karan Johar and Sophie Choudry, the sangeet at Manak Chowk delivered pure star power. Ranveer Singh stole the spotlight with an electrifying performance, even pulling Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend onto the dance floor—one of the most circulated inside videos from the night. The crowd erupted as Ranveer mixed his trademark energy with playful interaction, instantly turning the heritage courtyard into a live concert.

Kriti Sanon set the stage ablaze with her hit Param Sundari, while Jacqueline Fernandez brought her signature glamour with Lal Chhadi. Varun Dhawan and Shahid Kapoor added to the evening’s frenzy, drawing loud cheers as they performed for the elite gathering. Footage from the event shows guests waving phones in the air, capturing back-to-back star entries against the palace’s illuminated backdrop.
Jahnvi Kapoor too, lit up the stage at the wedding enthralling the crowd with her performance on the track, Bijuria from her recent film Sunny Sanskari ki Tulsi Kumari.
The celebrations are part of the four-day wedding of Netra Mantena and NRI tech entrepreneur Vamsi Gadiraju, with events spread across Udaipur’s most iconic venues—Manek Chowk, Zenana Mahal, The Leela Palace and Jagmandir. The Leela Palace itself has been transformed into a red-themed oasis with massive floral installations, grand chandeliers and plush seating, adding to the grandeur visible in several videos circulating online.
Adding to the star-studded buzz is the arrival of US President’s son Donald Trump Jr., Jennifer Lopez’s expected performance, and appearances from Bollywood A-listers including Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit and more. Earlier, Dutch DJ Tiësto also performed for guests, while Rajasthani folk artistes set the cultural tone.
The wedding ceremony will take place at Jagmandir on the morning of November 23, followed by an evening reception. Guests are expected to depart on chartered flights on November 24—closing what is already being hailed as one of the most glamorous destination weddings of the year.
