Neeraj Ghaywan’s emotional drama, Homebound, has once again grabbed attention as it progresses towards the Oscars International Feature Film shortlist at the 98th Academy Awards.
The film, which stars Ishaan Khatter, Janhvi Kapoor, and Vishal Jethwa, is India’s official submission in its category, and it has now received a positive review from Shah Rukh Khan himself.

With the shortlist scheduled for announcement on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, Shah Rukh’s praise has brought new enthusiasm and optimism for the film’s journey.
