Why Should I Meal Plan?
If you haven’t tried planning your meals ahead of time, it can be a real game changer. Here’s why I swear by it:
Saves Time: No more 4:00 PM dinner panic. You know what’s on the menu, what you need, and how long it takes.
Saves Money: A planned grocery list helps you shop smarter and make better use of leftovers.
Less Takeout: When meals are planned and groceries are stocked, it’s easier to skip the drive-thru and cook at home.
My weekly menu plans always include a printable shopping list that is measured out and ready to go. It makes things so easy! If you don’t see something you like, check out my other weekly meal plans here.
I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we usually have plans over the weekend! And I always have leftovers we can use to finish off the week! If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
