James Bond goes on quite the globe-trotting voyage in 007 First Light, and the game contains a nice way to pick up souvenirs along the way. Even if many of his ventures on His Majesty’s Secret Service feel nothing like a vacation, Bond can acquire postcards for ten different locations to complete one of the game’s collectible sets.

That being said, without snooping around carefully, it’s easy to miss most of the postcards in 007 First Light. If you want to get the complete set, you’ll want to keep an eye out ahead of time, as some are only found far off the beaten path.

Every Postcard Location In 007 First Light

Unlike some collectibles in 007 First Light, you’ll want to be on the lookout for postcards from the start, as the first can be found in the game’s opening mission. A few are effectively lying in Bond’s path, but others require some additional ledge-crawling, so it’s worth checking back at the start of each mission to see if there’s one you’ll need to keep an eye out for. You’ll also want to make sure to keep the Laser Strap equipped once acquiring it to avoid missing out on a postcard in The Past Never Dies.

    Iceland Postcard (Against The Odds)

The first postcard in 007 First Light can be found in the opening Iceland level. Once Bond is overlooking the central camp, head to the B2 container before the primary objectives of B4 and G9. Inside, perform a takedown on the guard by the desk, then pick up the Iceland Postcard next to the computer.

    Malta Postcard (The Needle’s Eye)

The Against the Odds chapter opens with a long car ride with Greenway. Immediately after getting out of the car, walk forward and pick up the Malta postcard from a table filled with water bottles in the training area.

Slovakia Postcard (All The Time In The World)

When attempting to access room 206 during All the Time in the World, look to the left for room 205, which should have a maid nearby. Distract the maid using Q gadgets and snatch her keycard to enter room 205, where you can grab the Slovakia Postcard on the nightstand by the bed.

Mauritania Postcard (The Past Never Dies)

Make sure to equip the Laser Strap when in the Q lab during the preceding chapter to access this postcard.

In the Aleph Black Market, look for a big red anchor, then find a small area enclosed with fencing nearby. Use the Laser Strap to open the padlock and enter the area, where you’ll find the postcard on a table in the back corner.

    Kensington Postcard (Uninvited)

Once you reach the CCTV room in Uninvited, look in the leftmost corner of the room to find the Kensington Postcard next to some printers. This one is naturally easy to come across during the main story experience.

    City Of London Postcard (Knightfall)

007 First Light City of London Postcard

There are a couple of different ways to reach this postcard. After the elevator ride in the Webb building, Bond and Greenway will have a brief chat about figuring out how to proceed.

    • If you end up getting a leg up from Greenway and leaping across an art installation to the next story, you’ll want to dip over the balcony, shimmy along a ledge, and climb through a window to find the City of London postcard.
    • If you use the cleaning robots to get through automatic doors, you can enter the Diamond Lounge area from the other direction. You’ll find the postcard in the upper back corner of the lounge.

    Vietnam Postcard (Time To Die)

While in Vietnam, Bond will eventually need to find three NPCs: Ellis White, Theresa Lorca, and Ramon Hernandez. When he finds Ellis White in a circular bar area, you can pick up the Vietnam Postcard from a nearby table.

Q Lab Postcard (Man Of The Hour)

Q Lab Postcard 007 First Light

Once Bond is in the empty Q lab in Man of the Hour and tasked with reacquiring tools and gadgets, take a brief break to enter the gym area. Bond can climb the lockers on his right and jump across a couple of gaps to gain access to an upper area. Proceed to the far end to pick up the Q-Lab Postcard.

Antarctica Postcard (Wave Of The Future)

    007 First Light Antarctica Postcard

After descending the lift and fighting an android, Bond will proceed across a girder into the next area. Immediately after crossing the girder, head to the window at the far end of the area and pick up the Antarctica Postcard.

    MI6 Postcard (For England)

    007 First Light MI6 Postcard

Once Bond gets in touch with M over the red phone and acquires an earpiece, he’ll have a door to go through. Open the door, squeeze through two shelves, and look right behind the shelves to find the MI6 Postcard.

With that, you’ll have every postcard, cleaning up one of the smaller collectible sets in the game. It’s a less daunting task acquiring than the massive array of cards in 007 First Light, but that doesn’t make it any less satisfying to complete. 007 First Light is filled to the brim with collectibles, and the postcards might be the most charming of them all.
