Doctor on the Edge

The story follows Do Ji-ui, a plastic surgeon who leaves his university hospital job to complete his mandatory military service as a public health doctor. Hoping to avoid the sea due to past trauma, he is instead assigned to the remote island village of Pyeongdong-do, a place most doctors avoid. There, he meets nurse Yook Ha-ri, a former university hospital nurse with secrets of her own. As Ji-ui treats the island’s residents, their stories slowly change his outlook on life and compassion. It was released on June 1 on Disney+.

As the title suggests, Teach You a Lesson follows a system where troubled students are disciplined by any means necessary. With campus violence spiralling out of control, the South Korean government creates the Educational Rights Protection Agency (ERPA), allowing the use of physical force and psychological pressure to restore order in schools. The story centres on ERPA supervisor Na Hwa-jin, who is sent to different educational institutions to break down violent student hierarchies and expose corruption within the administration. Alongside investigator Im Han-rim, Hwa-jin uses his state-backed authority to take on school gangs and bring discipline back to the system.
This action school drama will be released on Netflix on June 5.

The story follows Cha Ji-yoon, an employee at Saeum Electronics, whose life takes a turn when she begins working under Kang Si-woo, a manager known for his strict discipline and rigid approach to rules. As the two continue working together, their professional relationship gradually evolves while they also navigate the personal struggles and challenges faced by those around them. See You at Work Tomorrow! will be released on Amazon Prime Video on June 22.
Agent Kim Reactivated
Director: Lee Seung-young and Lee So-eun

The story follows former secret agent Kim Do-hyeon, also known as Manager Kim, whose quiet life is shattered when his daughter is kidnapped. Forced to step back into the dangerous world he left behind, Kim’s return soon catches the attention of Kang Guk-cheol, director of the National Special Missions Bureau, who is assigned to track him down. Agent Kim Reactivated will be rleased on SBS TV on June 26. The streaming platform is yet to be announced.

As Mun-oh begins mentoring him through private writing lessons, admiration slowly turns into obsession, pulling him into a dangerous emotional spiral shaped by ambition, insecurity and desire. Notes from the Last Row will be released on Netflix on June 26.
