Taking to social media on Friday, Balaji posted a photograph of himself embracing Suriya along with a video featuring the actor driving a car while the two shared a light-hearted moment. “From day ONE, you believed in me. That ONE trust, turned a dream into reality, That ONE support, became the beginning of a new journey in my life. Booooooooom…. Karuppu happened…!” wrote Balaji.
The filmmaker went on to credit Suriya for making the project possible. “What started as a promise I made to you became a reality and a mega blockbuster….!!! None of this would have been possible without the ONE and ONLY Suriya sir.”
