One of the most powerful relationships featured in Stranger Things was the loving bond between David Harbour‘s Hopper and his adopted daughter Eleven, played by Millie Bobby Brown. Now, Netflix is reuniting the pair for a new untitled spy series in which they’ll play biological parent and child, written by Jack Thorne (Adolescence, Lord of the Flies).

According to the plot description, “disgraced FBI agent turned security expert Matt Wolfe (Harbour) is drawn back into the world he left behind when his estranged daughter, Rebecca (Brown) — now an FBI agent determined to follow in his footsteps — vanishes on a mission, forcing him to return to a field that has evolved beyond him.”

Brown’s made a real home for herself at Netflix, starring not just in Stranger Things but original films like Damsel, The Electric State. She’s also the titular Enola Holmes in that series of movies, which actually happen to be written by Thorne.

Netflix head of scripted series (US and Canada) Jinny Howe said in a statement that “We are delighted to bring this spy drama to life with an extraordinary group of talent we’ve been fortunate to collaborate with before. Jack Thorne’s ability to find the deeply human story inside a thriller is unmatched, and watching Millie Bobby Brown and David Harbour reunite — this time as estranged father and daughter on opposite sides of a crisis — is something audiences are going to love. A24 is the perfect partner to bring this story to our members around the world.”

No release date has been set for the series, which will also need a title at some point. For more, look back on how Stranger Things wrapped up its five-season run with a bit of a whimper.
