Beyoncé has returned with “MORNING DEW (DONK),” a surprise new song that marks her first release in two years.
Written by Beyoncé, Pharrell Williams, The-Dream, and Darius Dixon, and produced by Beyoncé and Williams, “MORNING DEW (DONK)” is a new version of “DONK,” a track originally recorded in 2013 that subsequently leaked online.
The release of “MORNING DEW (DONK)” marks the start of a 60-day countdown to Beyoncé’s 45th birthday and a forthcoming 20th anniversary reissue of her sophomore solo album B’DAY, per a press release shared by Parkwood Entertainment.
