Sinclair Broadcast Group reversed its choice to air a Charlie Kirk tribute on its affiliate channels through the time slot usually reserved for Jimmy Kimmel Stay! Earlier within the week, the broadcaster pulled Kimmel’s late-night show following his feedback about Kirk’s assassination and introduced plans to run the tribute as a substitute at 11:30 p.m. ET/PT on Friday.
