    Amazon Eyeing Jacob Elordi, Tom Holland as Next James Bond

    Since gaining creative control of the James Bond franchise in February, Amazon MGM Studios has been shifting fairly rapidly to assemble the following film. With director Denis Villeneuve in place, casting the brand new 007 is the following piece of the puzzle.

    In response to Variety, Amazon and producers Amy Pascal and David Heyman are excited by casting a British actor beneath the age of 30, with Jacob Elordi (Saltburn), Tom Holland (Spider-Man), and Harris Dickinson (Babygirl) because the main candidates. The commerce journal notes that whereas Elordi is Australian, the studio doesn’t contemplate his nationality a dealbreaker.

    Earlier than handing over the reins to Amazon, longtime Bond producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson had confirmed they had been eyeing an actor in his 30s. Beforehand rumored potential successors to Daniel Craig included Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Henry Cavill.

    Amazon can be looking for a author, with Selection reporting that Jonathan Nolan was a major candidate as a result of his shut relationship with the studio. Nonetheless, the publication’s sources say he isn’t obtainable.
