Anthony Mackie says he is proud to be an American, and was talking about what he believes Captain America embodies.
The “Captain America: Courageous New World” star simply responded to the pushback he is getting on-line over his current feedback on Cap.
Anthony says … “Let me be clear about this, I am a proud American and taking over the protect of a hero like CAP is the consideration of a lifetime. I’ve the utmost respect for individuals who serve and have served our nation. CAP has common traits that individuals all around the world can relate to.”

The actor’s been getting dragged for saying Captain America stands for lots of various issues, not “America.”
Anthony was in Rome doing a promo occasion for his new film when he began speaking about what the star-spangled hero means to him … making it more about morals than patriotism.
Mackie stated Cap is a person who retains his phrase and shows integrity … including the hero does not particularly characterize “America.”
The feedback have not been going over properly in any respect … and now Anthony is attempting to douse the fireplace.
