    The Carrot Soup + Topping Combo That I Didn’t Know I Wanted

    This mixture is dynamite. Wow. We did this for dinner final week and it was superb.

    Two fundamental elements:

    1. a silky carrot soup (suppose coconut milk, madras curry powder, onions and carrots) – borderline 5 ingredients and really simple
    2. an equally simple savory floor beef skillet with toasty pine nuts and lemon zest

    After which (look forward to it) we’re placing the spiced beef and pine nuts on prime of the soup. And including some thinly sliced shallots, a swirl of yogurt, and dipping into that magnificence with some heat flatbread! She is magnificence, she is grace, she is layered to the utmost with textures and flavors (savory, toasty, vibrant, warming, all of it)! I’m right here for each single dunk of that bread by means of the creamy carrot soup.

    My children love that it is a build-your-own state of affairs (which, for them, largely consists of soup and bread). In the meantime, Bjork and I get to go a bit of overboard with toppings and really feel like we’re consuming out in a enjoyable restaurant. Wins throughout! Hope you find it irresistible!
