Emma Grede, the powerhouse entrepreneur behind manufacturers like Good American and SKIMS, has now added one other title to her résumé—podcast host. It was my definition of an influence look–excellent for a night celebrating trailblazing girls. From style to dialog, each element honored the brilliance of ladies making waves of their fields.
