Dan Deacon carried out the nationwide anthem forward of the Baltimore Orioles’ recreation in opposition to the New York Mets on Thursday, July 10. The Baltimore artist’s distinctive digital rendition of “The Star-Spangled Banner” proved to be motivational for his hometown staff, because the Orioles defeated the Mets 7-3. Head to Instagram to observe the efficiency, and see photographs of it under.

Deacon has not launched a conventional studio album since 2020’s Mystic Familiar. He’s largely stayed busy scoring movies and tv applications and releasing soundtrack albums. His most up-to-date soundtrack album, for Venom: The Last Dance, arrived in October.

Again in 2023, fellow Baltimoreans Turnstile threw out the primary pitch at an Orioles recreation. Revisit that second here.
