Elizabeth Smart‘s kidnapper, Wanda Barzee, was again behind bars for a short second … as a result of she was arrested in Utah for allegedly violating the situations of her supervised launch.
Police in Salt Lake Metropolis inform TMZ … Wanda was arrested Thursday after detectives found she allegedly visited a minimum of two public parks on the town.
The difficulty … Barzee is a registered intercourse offender in Utah and going to a public park is an enormous no-no for her.
Cops say Barzee allegedly went to Liberty Park and Sugar Home Park … and she or he was booked into Salt Lake County Metro Jail on one rely of violating Utah’s regulation proscribing registered intercourse offenders from coming into protected areas, together with public parks.
