The 2026 Grammy Awards take place on Sunday, February 1st, from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

The majority of the 2026 Grammys winners were handed out during the Premiere Ceremony, a pre-show telecast held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon. Kendrick Lamar, who is nominated for a total of nine Grammys this year, swept all three announced rap awards by winning Best Rap Song (“TV Off), Melodic Rap Performance (“Luther” featuring SZA), and Rap Performance (the Clipse and Pharrell collaboration “Chains & Whips”).

Other early winners included The Cure, who won their first-ever Grammys for Best Alternative Music Album (Songs of a Lost World) and Best Alternative Music Performance (“Alone”), and Nine Inch Nails, who their first Grammy win in 30 years for Best Rock Performance (“As Alive As You Need Me”).

Lady Gaga has two Grammys to her name thus far: Best Dance Pop Recording for “Abracadabra” and Best Remixed Recording for Gesaffelstein’s remix of “Abracadabra.”

Other artists claiming multiple Grammys already tonight include I’m With Her, Leon Thomas, Kehlani, and Mavis Staples.

Steven Spielberg has become the 22nd person in history to achieve EGOT status after winning Best Music Film for his role as a producer on Music by John Williams.

The main Grammys telecast will air live on CBS and Paramount+ beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET / 5:00 p.m. PT, hosted by Trevor Noah and featuring performances from the likes of Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and ROSÉ, among others.
