    The Viral Restaurant Rooster Parm Made Me Do It.

    WOW GUYS this can be a golden, tacky, over-the-top crispy rooster parm, and it’s so good!

    This concept got here into my life by means of Instagram – I discovered myself watching mainly all of the movies from Carbonara restaurant of their viral dish (rooster parmesan alla vodka) which is a saucy, effervescent skillet of mozzarella with vodka sauce that will get dramatically poured out over these big crispy rooster cutlets.

    And I used to be like, I must strive that. Pronto.

    So I simply did the total factor, proper at dwelling:

    • Fried the rooster cutlets
    • Made a rapid little San Marzano tomato sauce
    • Broiled that tacky pan
