I love Thanksgiving leftovers because when I use them, it saves me time, it saves me money, and it gives me a break after cooking a huge holiday meal. Plus, once you see these recipes, you will die at just how flavorful and delicious they are!!

Thanksgiving Leftovers That Last All Week

I am a leftover girl at heart. I love leftovers because when I use them, it saves me money on groceries, it saves me from cooking again, and it keeps the holiday flavors going without any extra work.

I’ve made a bunch of recipes that use all of the leftovers and are fun and DELICIOUS twists on the classics. I have sliders, casseroles, soups and even a few more coming later this season! It makes the whole week feel easier and gives your budget a little break after the holiday.

How to Make Leftovers Fresh Again

    • Freeze extra meat: Freeze extra turkey now for easy meals in December
    • Add a splash of broth to turkey: keeps it juicy and tender when reheating.
    • Reheat stuffing in the oven or air fryer: brings back that delicious crunchy texture.
    • Stir in milk or sour cream to mashed potatoes: makes them creamy again.
    • Fresh is best: Add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon to brighten things

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with all that holiday flavor. These make the best snack or quick lunch and bring leftover stuffing back to life in the most delicious way.

My family LOVES this meal almost as much as the Thanksgiving meal itself. The turkey gets extra tender, the broth develops even more flavor overnight, and you can stretch one container of leftovers into multiple bowls.

This is one of my favorites because it is the perfect break from all the heavy dishes. It makes a great lunch the next day and it costs almost nothing when you already have leftover turkey. Serve on rolls, crackers, lettuce, or in wraps

This is a great way to use that turkey and make a full meal without buying anything new. One pan, feeds the family, and tastes even better the next day.

Soft rolls, melty cheese, savory turkey, and a little cranberry make these Thanksgiving leftover perfection. They bake up golden and gooey, and trust me, once you dip them in gravy, you will never go back.

This is the leftover recipe that makes you feel like you totally have it together. Creamy turkey filling, flaky crust, and that “wow, I really just turned leftovers into this?” moment. It tastes even better the next day and nobody will guess it started as yesterday’s turkey tray

These are the sweet little bonus treat you didn’t know you needed. Leftover pie crust sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and baked until golden and crisp makes the best little snack. They take minutes, cost basically nothing, and taste like you planned it that way all along!
