Jason Isbell has introduced a brand new album: Foxes in the Snow, the musician’s first album with out his band, the 400 Unit, since 2015’s Something More Than Free, is out on March 7 by way of Isbell’s Southeastern label. Foxes within the Snow is described, in a press launch, as Isbell’s “first fully solo acoustic album.” He recorded the brand new album, at New York’s Electric Lady Studios, over 5 days in October. For the brand new album, Isbell sang performed only one mahogany Martin 0-17 acoustic guitar from 1940.
