Judge Mathis Pokes Holes in Kim Kardashian’s Lawsuit Against Ray J

Judge Mathis is weighing in on Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner‘s defamation lawsuit in opposition to Ray J, saying the intercourse tape — and all the cash they made off it — makes it powerful to sue him now.

We caught up with Choose Mathis in Wednesday in NYC, and he thinks Kim’s gonna have a troublesome time constructing a case in opposition to the man who — because the Choose sees it — helped her launch her profession.

You gotta see the total clip … he claims KK could be higher off making an attempt to get a gag order or a cease-and-desist — however he doesn’t see a defamation case.

As we reported, Kim and Kris’ lawsuit — filed by Alex Spiro — slams Ray J for falsely claiming they’re the topic of a federal legal RICO investigation … saying Ray is “unable to just accept the top of his fleeting relationship” with Kim over 2 many years later.

Whereas Ray has but to say why the feds would have any enterprise going after the Kardashians … we all know he is beefed with them up to now over public discussions in regards to the intercourse tape deal — and Mathis clearly thinks that is what’s on the coronary heart of their newest dispute.
