    King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard have introduced a launch date for his or her forthcoming orchestral album. Phantom Island is formally out June 13 by way of the prolific Australian band’s personal label, (P)Doom Records. King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard beforehand shared the record’s title track, and so they have now adopted it up with the only “Deadstick,” alongside a music video directed and edited by Guy Tyzack.     The songs on Phantom Island had been written throughout the periods for King Gizzard’s 2024 studio album, Flight B741, and recorded alongside the Los Angeles Philharmonic. Following the album’s launch, they’ll embark on a U.S. tour, accompanied at most dates by conductor Sarah Hicks and a city-specific orchestra, although with a number of stripped down rock’n’roll exhibits thrown in, too.
