KISS legend Gene Simmons stopped by native Los Angeles TV station Fox 11 on Thursday (March thirteenth) to ship the climate alongside meteorologist Adam Krueger.
The singer-bassist arrived in a denim shirt, leather-based pants, sun shades, and a baseball cap, as Krueger welcome him to the climate section. The rock icon instantly advised the weatherman he seems higher in particular person than he does on TV.
Krueger slipped in a number of KISS references all through the forecast, with quips like, “There’s been loads of rain currently, and the rain you drive us wild, we’ll drive you loopy speaking about this rain,” borrowing a line from “Rock and Roll All Nite.” To which Simmons added, “Hey, I wrote that. I like that.”
Simmons went on to speak in regards to the rain possibilities for the upcoming week in and across the LA area, with Krueger chiming in, “This weekend, I’m considering, it’s wanting fairly good. If folks need to rock and roll all night time …” and Simmons ending, “… they need to most likely get together day by day.”
When Krueger advised the Rock & Roll Corridor of Famer it was time to wrap, Simmons jokingly started to rap: “You go to 7/11, go to heaven,” eliciting laughter from the studio.
Maybe Simmons will carry that humorousness to his encounters with followers who shell out $12,500 to be his personal assistant and roadie for a day throughout his upcoming tour along with his solo band. The outing kicks off April third in Anaheim, California, with tickets available here.
