Lorde Shares Snippet of New Music: Listen

Lorde has returned together with her first style of recent music since releasing Solar Power in 2021. Right now (April 9), she dropped a snippet of an unreleased music on her official TikTok account, full with a short video of her pacing round Washington Sq. Park in New York Metropolis. Within the visible, she movies herself singing alongside to the monitor, mouthing the lyrics: “Since I used to be 17/I gave you every part/Now we wake from a dream/Nicely child, what was that?” Watch the seconds-long clip, which marks Lorde’s first-ever submit on TikTok, beneath.

Along with Lorde’s submit, the artist wiped her official website and Instagram account clear. Followers have been speculating that Lorde is gearing as much as launch her fourth studio album since July, when she shared an excellent shorter tidbit of a monitor and and wrote on Instagram, “Will probably be again in contact,” as Billboard reported on the time. The next month, producer Jim-E Stack hinted that he and Lorde had been working collectively when he shared a photograph of Lorde on her laptop computer.
