The Los Angeles premiere of Wuthering Heights turned into a striking showcase of gothic glamour as its stars stepped out in coordinated, mood-driven looks. Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi, who play Catherine and Heathcliff in the upcoming adaptation of Emily Brontë’s classic novel, embodied the film’s brooding romance through their red-carpet fashion.
Margot Robbie made a powerful statement in a form-fitting Schiaparelli gown featuring a nude lace bodice that flowed into a dramatic black-and-red train, evoking dark florals and old-world drama. Elevating the look further, she accessorised with the iconic Cartier Taj Mahal necklace from the Elizabeth Taylor archive, a historic jewel gifted to Taylor by Richard Burton in 1972. Robbie later shared that the piece’s legacy made it a meaningful and intentional choice for the premiere.
Jacob Elordi complemented his co-star’s look in an all-black suit paired with black shoes, standing out against the event’s minimalist white backdrop. His understated yet sharp ensemble echoed the gothic tone of the film while keeping the focus firmly on classic tailoring.

Adding to the star power, Charli XCX embraced edgy glamour in a dark, fashion-forward outfit that leaned into her signature bold aesthetic, while Cara Delevingne opted for a sleek, dramatic look that perfectly matched the evening’s moody theme. Together, the attendees turned the premiere into a celebration of gothic fashion with a modern twist.
