Roy Rosselló says he is simply glad his honesty may assist Erik and Lyle Menendez … admitting he is glad his testimony wasn’t “in useless.”
The Menudo singer — whose revelation that Erike and Lyle’s father, Jose Menendez, allegedly sexually abused him when he was a child within the band Menudo — spoke with The U.S. Sun … and, he gave his ideas on a ruling that prosecutors should present trigger why reduction should not be granted to the brothers.
Roy says, “I’m proud and blissful concerning the decide’s determination. My testimony was not in useless. To my understanding, these people are at all times harmless victims. Their souls have been misplaced, condemned, and mutilated, devoid of hope, future, or future for the reason that day their father started to abuse them.”
He goes on to say the decide made a clever determination in his ruling … including now’s the time to make “implement modifications in lots of areas.”
We broke the story … Decide William C. Ryan reviewed two new pieces of proof — Rosselló’s testimony that Jose abused him in both 1983 or 1984 and a latter from Erik to Andy Cano despatched again across the time of the murders detailing his alleged abuse.
Ryan declared prosecutors are “ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE … why the reduction requested shouldn’t be granted.” They’ve a pair extra weeks to take action.

A Superior Court docket decide has already modified Erik and Lyle’s sentence from life with out parole to 50 years to life … and, there will probably be a full parole listening to subsequent month.
Roy was a giant half in that … and, he is clearly glad he was capable of do his half.
