Miley Cyrus has shared a pair of songs from her new album, Something Beautiful: “Prelude” and the title monitor. Each the previous—a spoken-word, digital symphony—and the jazzy, psych-pop-infused latter include cinematic visuals directed by Cyrus, Jacob Bixenman, and Brendan Walter, with cinematography by Benoît Debie. Watch each under.

Cyrus and Shawn Everett—the album’s executive-producers—are credited with producing “Prelude” alongside Michael Pollack, Jonathan Rado, and Maxx Morando. Cyrus co-produced “One thing Stunning” with Panos Cosmatos, Nick Spicer, Nate Bolotin, and Aram Tertzakian.

Cyrus’ follow-up to 2023’s Endless Summer Vacation arrives Might 30 through Columbia. She has compared the document to Pink Floyd’s The Wall, “however with a greater wardrobe and extra glamorous and full of popular culture.”
