    Modest Mouse have introduced the inaugural Psychic Salamander Festival, a two-day music competition at Remlinger Farms in Carnation, Washington. It’s set to happen on Saturday, September 13 and Sunday, September 14, and can function double headlining units from Isaac Brock and his band, alongside performances from Built to Spill, Sleater-Kinney, and Flaming Lips, who will carry out their 1999 album The Mushy Bulletin in full at their Sunday present.
