    Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts Share New Song “Big Change”: Listen

    Neil Young has shared his first music with the Chrome Hearts. “Big Change,” which you’ll be able to hear beneath, is “in your face loud irreverent rock’n’roll paint splatter on the canvas within the vein of a Jackson Pollack portray,” Younger’s longtime engineer John Hanlon stated in a press launch.

    Final 12 months, Younger introduced his first dwell present with the Chrome Hearts—the band of guitarist Micah Nelson, bassist Corey McCormick, drummer Anthony Logerfo, and organist Spooner Oldham—and so they’re set to headline Glastonbury this summer time. Lou Adler produced the brand new monitor with Younger. It was recorded at Rick Rubin’s Malibu studio, Shangri-La.

    Micah Nelson, Corey McCormick, and Anthony Logerfo are members of Promise of the Real, with whom Neil Younger made The Monsanto Years, The Visitor, and Paradox (Original Music From the Film). Spooner Oldham, in the meantime, performed on a number of Neil Younger albums, together with Harvest Moon and Silver & Gold.

    Younger launched his final studio album, World Record, with Loopy Horse in 2022. He has since launched his misplaced Nineteen Seventies album Chrome Dreams.
