A neighborhood in Philadelphia was blown aside by an explosion early Sunday morning … and, photos taken on the scene captured the devastation.
The Philly Hearth Division shared photos from the scene in Nicetown–Tioga — a North Philadelphia neighborhood — the place the appearing PFD chief Daniel McCarty stated a trio of row homes “exploded in on themselves” at round 4:30 AM ET.
Photographs present firefighters dousing the homes in water whereas the smoking, smoldering stays of homes litter the streets.
And, in one other stunning picture, a canine was noticed strolling over the rubble … tongue lolling out amid the devastation.
In response to the local ABC affiliate one individual — a lady — was killed. Two others had been injured within the incident.

It is unclear what prompted the explosion … however, the PFD says the blaze is now below management. A reception heart was arrange at an area elementary college for these displaced by the blast.
