On Thursday evening, P!NK was one among many artists who carried out on the FireAid benefit concert, taking the stage on the Kia Discussion board for an impassioned set that included a canopy of Led Zeppelin’s model of “Babe I’m Gonna Go away You.”

P!NK started her portion of the evening with a rendition of 2017 music “What About Us,” after which she instructed the gang that she was going to “hold my ft on the bottom” with “a few songs that deliver me consolation.” She then launched right into a stirring cowl of Kris Kristofferson’s “Me and Bobby McGee.”

After belting her coronary heart out on the “Bobby McGee” outro — which made her “virtually cross out” — she took a drink and requested the viewers “We acquired any Led Zeppelin followers on the market?” Responding to their applause, she stated “Alright, thank God” and launched the following music: her model of “Babe I’m Gonna Go away You.”

P!NK, after all, is a really gifted vocalist, and introduced these expertise to her tackle the music, leaning into its bluesy really feel with a smoky grit, and soulfully wailing over its high-energy breakdowns. For the climax, her guitarist delivered a blistering solo. Watch a clip of the efficiency under.
