And so it does in the Stillz-directed “La Perla” video, the latest visual accompaniment to Lux, in which the Spanish star has a stab at fencing, skating around a hockey rink, smoking coolly in the passenger seat, and dog-walking in the forest, among other pursuits. “La Perla,” which features Yahritza y Su Esencia, has been a focus of post-release Lux promotional activity, including a Princess and the Pea–inspired performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last month. Soon after that, Rosalía announced a massive tour of North America and Europe.
