In the meantime, Saif Ali Khan’s physician revealed that the actor sustained main damage to the thoracic spinal chord on account of lodged knife within the backbone. Surgical procedure was carried out to take away the knife and likewise restore the leaking spinal fluid. Two different deep wounds on his left hand and one on the neck was repaired by a staff of plastic surgeons.
