    A jury in Bexar County, Texas, has discovered Tay-K responsible of homicide, News 4 San Antonio studies. It’s the second time that the rapper behind the viral tune “The Race” has been discovered responsible of homicide.

    Tay-Ok was accused by Bexar County prosecutors of taking pictures and killing a 23-year-old photographer named Mark Anthony Saldivar. He’s stated to have murdered Saldivar, in April 2017, whereas on the run from authorities who sought him after he fled home arrest.

    Importantly, Tay-Ok was discovered responsible of homicide and never capital homicide, the latter of which carries a compulsory life sentence. He nonetheless faces between 5 and 99 years in jail.

    Tay-Ok is presently serving a 55-year prison sentence after being convicted, in the summertime of 2019, of collaborating in a botched dwelling invasion and theft that left a 21-year-old man named Ethan Walker useless. The incident occurred in Tarrant County, Texas, in 2016.

    Tay-Ok gained notoriety, in June 2017, when america Marshals Service publicly sought the rapper’s arrest, labeling him a “violent fugitive.” Not lengthy after the announcement, Tay-Ok launched “The Race,” a tune whose music video now has over 251 million views on YouTube.

    Tay-Ok, whose authorized title is Taymor Travon McIntyre, was 16 years previous on the time of the incident in Tarrant County, and he was 17 years previous on the time of the incident in Bexar County. He’s now 24 years previous.
