No matter how many times I play through Cyberpunk 2077 I always find myself craving just one more go around Night City. Cyberpunk 2077 truly is an all-time great, and deserves all the praise it gets. CD Projekt RED did a remarkable job bringing this world to life, but now the team is hard at work on a sequel. So what do we do to keep ourselves busy?

Allow me to present Cyberpunk 2077: The Final Cut, a stunning new way to play the sci-fi RPG that makes it feel like a genuinely new game. This is a massive overhaul packed with brand-new features, exciting changes, and other tweaks while remaining true to what made Cyberpunk 2077 great in the first place.

Cyberpunk 2077: The Final Cut Is Available Now

    It’s definitely worth your time

So, what actually is Cyberpunk 2077? In short, it’s a compilation of mods that work together to completely overhaul the game and offer a brand-new experience. It was put together by dorkasaurusrex on Nexusmods, and was just recently updated to work with the latest version of the game.

Here’s what dorkasaurusrex has to say about their creation:

“Just as the original 1982 Blade Runner film went through many different iterations before ultimately achieving greatness, so too must Cyberpunk 2077. This is my definitive version of the game. Subtle, but still adding a ton of immersion-enhancing content. Restoring the Mystery In modern gaming, the element of true surprise and mystery is sorely lacking. The minute a new game comes out, every last detail has already been pored over and exposed by an army of content creators and reviewers creating guides, tips, and tricks videos. They inadvertently strip the magic of genuine exploration away from players. My goal was to bring that magic back. I want to encourage you to explore every nook and cranny of Night City and to be thrilled with the endless mystery and intrigue it holds. There are new places to find, new secrets to uncover, and new systems to interact with—from buying real estate to fighting Cyberpsychos who will randomly hunt you down.

This compilation contains an eye-watering 3,530 mods and clocks in at 149GB, so you’ll want to make sure you have the space for it. The Final Cut really does have everything, from new quests and content to changes to how you interact with the world. It promises a “living, breathing Night City” that feels more immersive than ever before.

Cyberpunk 2077: The Final Cut Can Be Downloaded Now

Just make sure you actually have the space

The latest version of Cyberpunk 2077: The Final Cut can be downloaded right now, and is apparently pretty stable. Whether or not your computer will be able to handle this beast, I have absolutely no idea. Installation instructions and system requirements can all be found over on Nexusmods, so be sure to go and check them out before you blow up your PC.
