Ryan Whyte Maloney — well-known for showing on the singing competitors present “The Voice” — is useless … TMZ has confirmed.

The evening earlier than he died, Ryan posted a video on his Instagram Story showing to point out him in a bar.

Within the video, Ryan says … “9 high-quality Irishmen for a non-public celebration tonight, and we will probably be rocking.”

The singer competed on season six of “The Voice” in 2014 … performing Journey’s tune “Lights” in a blind audition to earn a spot on Blake Shelton‘s workforce.

Ryan ended up as one among Blake’s prime 5 finalists, competing in a pair battle rounds … and he even carried out in that season’s finale.

On “The Voice,” Ryan lined 4 songs … Tina Turner‘s “What’s Love Bought To Do With It,” Shinedown’s “Second Probability” and Rascal Flatts’ “Simple” along with the Journey jam.

PEOPLE was first to report Ryan’s demise.

    He was 44.

    RIP
