Bleach fans rejoice. As teased by the anime previously, Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War has unveiled a new promotional video for the anime’s final cour during Jump Festa 2026. In addition, the anime also unveiled a new teaser visual.
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity is scheduled to premiere in July 2026. The anime will adapt the climax of the Thousand-Year Blood War Arc that released its first cour back in Fall 2022.
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Announces July 2026 Release Date
On Sunday, December 21, Bleach’s Jump Festa Super Stage saw the anime’s Japanese voice actors take the stage to give fans a major update for Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War anime.
The guests were as follows:

As promised, the stage unveiled a new promotional video for Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity. The new promotional video opens with a recap of the events from the original Bleach anime. There is a heavy focus on footprints left across the Human World, Soul Society, and the Hueco Mundo.
Right after, the anime switches its focus to Ichigo and his friends, as they could be seen gearing up for the final battle. The anime teases a fight between Ishida Uryuu and Jugram Haschwalth. And most importantly, the trailer gives fans another glimpse of Ichigo’s new form teased in the previous visual.
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity is scheduled to premiere in July 2026. The anime will begin on TV Tokyo series and other networks!
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Unveils New Visual and Anime
In addition to the new trailer promised beforehand, Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity unveiled a new striking teaser visual for the anime.
The teaser visual features Ichigo Kurosaki swinging his cracked Zanpakuto. The cracked pieces of Zanpakuto highlight Ichigo’s friends, namely Ishida Uryuu, Orihime Inoue, Yasutora Sado, and Ganju Shiba.
Right after, Bleach stage announced a special anime project called “BLEACH” THE STORIES. The anime will look back at each arc of the series so far. More information on the anime will be revealed later.
Lastly, the stage also announced a new Bleach game called “Bleach: Mirrors High.” The game will be launched in 2026.
