TV on the Radio have introduced a particular occasion of their Brooklyn, New York, hometown. The band will host There Goes the Neighborhood on Saturday, September 13, at Under the K Bridge Park. Enjoying the mini-festival are Flying Lotus, Sudan Archives, Moor Mother, and Spellling. See a poster for the occasion under.

“The ethos of our band has all the time been that there’s loads of room for brand new concepts, and the weirder and the higher,” TV on the Radio stated in a press assertion. “On the core of its expression, the music goals to carry folks collectively, and create an area for whoever hears it to be their truest self. Identical goes for the neighborhood and the scene that we got here out of: All people, in bringing their very own particular factor, is what made and makes it magnificent, and we wish to rejoice that now greater than ever.”

TV on the Radio began their comeback final yr, surrounding the 20th anniversary of their debut album, Desperate Youth, Blood Thirsty Babes. They’re currently on tour in Europe and return to North America for extra reveals in July.
