TV on the Radio’s Tunde Adebimpe has detailed his debut solo album. Out April 17 through Sub Pop, Thee Black Boltz contains final October’s single “Magnetic,” in addition to new tune “Drop.” Watch a visualizer for that under, and scroll down for the paintings and tracklist.

Abebimpe produced the album alongside Wilder Zoby, with contributions from TV on the Radio’s Jaleel Bunton and Jahphet Landis; the latter is credited with producing “Drop.” The album comes on the heels of TV on the Radio’s return to the highway late final yr. Adebimpe beforehand launched one solo observe, “People,” a 2010 loosie benefitting the American Civil Liberties Union, the Movement for Black Lives, and the Southern Poverty Law Center.
