    The person who cops say they arrested on the UnitedHealthcare campus in Minnesota has simply been recognized … and solely TMZ has his mug shot.

    Regulation enforcement tells us Ian Stanley Wagner was busted Monday exterior UnitedHealthcare HQ and he is been booked for allegedly making threats of violence.

    The FBI and Minnetonka Police say Wagner contacted the FBI Minneapolis Area Workplace on Monday morning and “issued threats of violence directed on the United Healthcare facility if particular calls for weren’t met.”
