Public Enemy have been the musical visitors final evening (Monday, September 29) on Jimmy Kimmel Reside! Kicking off every week of particular broadcasts from the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Chuck D and Flavor Flav performed a medley of “Don’t Imagine the Hype,” from 1988’s It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back, “Combat the Energy,” from 1990’s Fear of a Black Planet, and “The Hits Simply Maintain On Comin,” from their new album Black Sky Over the Initiatives: Residence 2025.
