Footage reveals a person named Mike Johns sitting at the back of his Waymo trip, which will not cease circling a parking zone.
Mike calls Waymo customer support to report the problem, telling them he is in peril of lacking his flight … however the rep is unable to cease the automotive in its tracks … and Mike retains being pushed in a circle.
It is humorous … Mike wonders if he is being pranked, and he says it seems like he is in a science fiction thriller.
Finally, Mike says his Waymo drove him round in 8 circles … and he ended up lacking his flight.
Mike claims he is but to be reimbursed for the missed flight, ripping Waymo for having no empathy and ignoring him with a customer support division that is absolutely automated and run by synthetic intelligence.
Sounds just like the expertise is souring Waymo for Mike … subsequent time he wants a trip, he says he will maintain it old school with a Lyft or Uber.
